Make Room (MR) is a prop-tech startup that works together with residents, developers and building owners to enable healthy living within the limits of the planet. We utilise data-driven processes, tools and research to provide insights for sustainable transformations of communities and the built environment.

• A skilled computational designer who has experience within the AEC industry in BIM and Grasshopper, preferably with an interest in sustainability.

• Have an interest in working in a young and motivated startup environment that allows you to have flexible working hours

• Creating grasshopper scripts to transform social data on housing preferences into generative apartment layouts and design options

• Simulating building transformation scenarios using BIM data – with the possibility of integrating life-cycle analysis.

• Project-based contract with the possibility of extension

• Project fee to be agreed upon as per qualifications, experience and total hours required

• Flexible hours with the option of working at Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship if based in Denmark

• Rhino

• Grasshopper + AEC plugins (Ladybug, Honeybee, Elk etc.)

• BIM Modelling Software (Revit, ArchiCAD etc)

• Tableau, PowerBi (or other data visualisation tools)

• Excel
